Telegram Desktop 4.7 warning "Please update your OS..."

Я живу в Германии, извините, я не говорю по-русски. so will try in English:
Since the last update of the TG Dekstop I get a banner on top of the window see attached screenshot. I tried to contact TG Support they say glibd is outdated and I should contact the developers of Astra regarding this required update. The current used version of the glibd 2.24 is supposedly low and it should be at least 2.28 or 2.30. I am using Orel CE 2.12.45 Is there any possible solution or workaround? I like the Astra linux so I don't want to switch to some other distro because of this issue. If version 2.28 is OK, it's possible to update the library to it from Debian 10 (buster) repository. Glibc is named libc6 in Astra.

Add this line to /etc/apt/sources.list
deb [trusted=true] buster main contrib non-free
After saving the file, open the terminal and enter this command:
sudo apt update
In the end it will complain about keys, but that isn't a problem.
Update the library with this command:
sudo apt-get -t buster install libc6
When you see this, press Enter.

In this window, move the highlighting to <Yes> and press Enter.

And finally here type N after '?' and press Enter.
Configuration file '/etc/locale.alias'
==> Modified (by you or by a script) since installation.
==> Package distributor has shipped an updated version.
What would you like to do about it ? Your options are:
    Y or I : install the package maintainer's version
    N or O : keep your currently-installed version
D : show the differences between the versions
Z : start a shell to examine the situation
The default action is to keep your current version.
*** locale.alias (Y/I/N/O/D/Z) [default=N] ? N
When you are done with the installation, remove the line added to /etc/apt/sources.list and run this command again:
sudo apt update
Reboot the computer.

That is how it worked for me, but I can't guarantee anything, of course. If you can, make a snapshot of your Astra before trying the update. Do you have Timeshift installed? It can save a snapshot of your OS to another partition, so you could restore it later if something goes wrong.

Guys, update libc - bad practic. This can crack ur OS and the single way of fix in this - reinstall OS.
I download Telegram app for - this worked!
And... u can use flatpak, it's good practice for non-security software
